Hotel Florent

A lovely hotel in the heart of Lier, close to the city center and all its attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly. We were there to help organize the European Orienteering Championships and had to leave very early on Sunday morning to help out. Breakfast isn't usually served until 8:00 AM on Sundays, but we were able to have breakfast at 6:30 AM! That was fantastic! We were also able to leave our car in their underground garage (for 6 cars) until after the event at 7:30 PM. It was also very pleasant and incredibly friendly. The room was lovely and the bathroom was great. This was a truly wonderful little hotel with truly lovely staff.

In the surprising town of Lier, you'll also find this lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Even though we arrived early, it wasn't a problem at all. Beautiful, clean rooms with only one minor drawback, which we accepted: the TV wasn't in the middle of the bed. A super extensive breakfast with a variety of fresh products. We were also able to park our car in their underground garage, which was very convenient. The hotel is a two-minute walk to the heart of the city center, where we were amazed by the view. We will definitely return.

We stayed there for one night because we had a wedding to attend nearby. We received a friendly welcome, a lovely, well-maintained room, enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the friendly and outgoing hosts made our stay truly special.

Top hotel for exploring Lier, very close to the market square, making it ideal for visiting the pigeon market.

No power outlets next to the bed Light switch behind the toilet sliding door and that mattress cover regularly refuses to cooperate either The water keeps running and so my sleep is interrupted again And my little one has to pay for all of that the next day And too tired in the evening so I say honey or whoo, just close my eyes now Because it was already way too late yesterday in the Florent van Cauwenbergh street So men, think twice before you go there Amen

Beautiful hotel

A bit of a strange situation with the reservation. They definitely want a credit card to guarantee the reservation. I'd say the innkeeper trusts his guests. I have a debit card, which I can always use to book a hotel room or rent a car elsewhere. It's a shame I lost a customer who comes to Lier twice a year and books a room. I gave them my debit card number, and three days before arrival they responded that they wouldn't accept the card. Poor communication. I even contacted them by phone, but they refused everything. I booked another hotel, which was immediately accepted.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Lier. Rooms are spacious, but carpeting everywhere is not very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good.
