I recommend
We spent three nights at the hotel and all three nights it was cold both in the room and at breakfast. The hosts gave us a small heater for the room, and a blanket for breakfast because it was cold in the dining room. The hotel definitely has a problem, the heating is electric, which went out a few times, including on the evening of December 31. The breakfast is modest in terms of food and beverage selection. The hotel's location is excellent and it's a great shame that this is not used to improve the service/offer at the hotel.
I organised my yearly religious tour to Bosnia through Arman Hadzizulfic, who told me is the hotel owner and who I met the year before but unfortunately this turned out to be a disaster! I had put my full trust in this individual but unfortunately he was a huge let down. This included: We had agreed on which hotels to book, he made last minute changes despite sharing with me hotel details which I had shared with the group. He lied saying the new hotels would be better when they were not. He was suppose to spend time with the group as a guide but abandoned us and left us stranded, leaving me in a very difficult situation to manage the group on my own. The group turned against me as a result, especially after last minute hotel changes were made which were not better. This was really disappointing and resulting not organising any future tours to Bosnia. I thought I finally come out to share about our very poor tour experience. Its a shame to see that for some people it's just about money, but no regards or emphasis is given to delivery a quality service or ensuring customer/group satisfaction. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!
This facility does not even have the basic conditions that a hotel should have, so as a guest you first of all feel cheated. The location is good, but the accommodation part is connected to a gas station, which leaves a very bad impression. The room is extremely cold, and the bathroom has no form of heating at all. The room is not cleaned, with the explanation that there is supposedly only one key, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel standard. The breakfast is very modest and symbolic, and due to the low temperature you have to eat in a coat or even under a blanket.
