I came to Sarajevo for vacation with my Family. We were looking for a Hotel and came to this Hotel. Once we arrived there was no one there. We had to call the Worker and she said she will be there in 5 Minutes. She came 45 minutes later. Once we arrived and got rid of all formalities she said we can park next to the hotel. I got in the car and wanted to park but there is no way you can go to the Parking place without damaging your cars underbody. Because you have to enter it via the main road and there is very high curb and you have to try to maneuver from the middle lane of the road. So, we tried but it was not possible. Someone else did it with an suv and we asked how they managed without scratching the card underbody and she said I scratched it and she didn’t seem to mind if her car was damaged. Also the worker just left immediately and was nowhere to be seen again. We entered the hotel room and the room is ok. Clean sheets and towels. But we couldn’t take a shower properly because the water pressure kept dropping to a complete stop and coming and going randomly. Also there is no fridge in the room. You need to put your stuff in the fridge at the entrance where other guests also have access to. All in all a stressful experience because there is no one if you need help or have problems.

Its location is very close to both the main market and shopping malls. The rooms are well-planned and very clean.

My mother and I stayed for 4 days, we are both very meticulous and had no problems with cleanliness. We were hesitant due to the noise complaints in the reviews, but there was music one night and it didn't bother us at all. Definitely worth a stay. 🌸

shame and embarrassment, I traveled for 6 hours, I booked a hotel for 4 people and I only got 1 room, and I asked for 2 rooms, and where am I going with three more people? They didn't even tell me that they only had 1 room so we could find our way around.. they bumped the price to 90e and there was no service, not even anyone at the reception in general in the entire hotel.. the landlady refuses calls and doesn't want to answer, pure 0...

If you want your holiday to be spoiled, don't book this hotel!!! My sister chose the central location, but no matter where you choose, you're already in the center; everything is a 10-minute walk away. It has nothing to do with the boutique concept hotel concept you'd find abroad. It's not as clean as you'd expect. The shower and sink are so tiny you can't even wash your hands. An important detail is that many hotels have a shower faucet, but this one doesn't. It appears so in the pictures, but don't be fooled. There's no reception; the only key is the hotel owner. When you call, she says she's not there and can't handle it. The bar downstairs and all the noise in your room make it impossible to sleep. After traveling all day, you come back to the hotel and are subjected to loud noise for hours. There are better places for this price.
