Villa Harmony Hotel

The room was spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast spread was good, and their coffee was excellent. The Old Town is conveniently located less than a 10-minute taxi ride away. Their reception was available 24x7. There is parking available right outside the hotel. The host and staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The hotel is overall very good and welcoming, with friendly and hospitable staff plus so clean. My main criticism is that there was not a single glass or cup in the room for drinking water. Also, there was nowhere in the bathroom to place a toothbrush, shaving items, or other toiletries. Normally, most hotel bathrooms provide at least a cup or a small holder for toothbrushes and toothpaste. Another issue was the lack of a shower door or curtain, which caused the entire bathroom floor to get completely wet after every shower.

Staying at the Villa Harmony Sarajevo hotel was another wonderful experience for me. This is not my first stay here, which speaks volumes about how much I enjoy coming back to this place, and I am sure I will visit it again soon. The hotel exudes warmth, peace and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable and spacious, the breakfast is varied, and the view of Sarajevo really leaves a special impression. I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff for their kindness, professionalism and hospitality, which make every stay even more enjoyable. 💌 I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality vacation, peace and escape from the city noise, with a feeling of complete comfort and welcome. A wonderful hotel, modernly decorated, very tidy and in a very quiet neighborhood. It is a few minutes away from the city center by car (the underground garage in the center is practical and in a good location). The hosts are very friendly and always at your service. Amazing staff, extremely helpful and welcoming, spoke good English, no problem was to big or small highly recommend the hotel, it was a very clean hotel, location was great, recommend getting guided tours.

An ideal place to rest in peace and quiet. A hotel that exudes a modern design, with enviably clean and tidy rooms, an abundant and varied selection of food and drinks for breakfast, a staff that is, above all, very friendly and very professional. The hotel has a private parking lot and an elevator, and the distance from all the sights of the city is only 5-10 minutes by car.
