We booked a standard double room. The size of the room and bathroom was perfectly adequate. Very clean, excellent service, and very friendly, especially the two ladies from the breakfast team. The selection and taste at breakfast were also very good and plentiful. The hotel's location is superb and couldn't be better. We cannot understand the negative reviews here at all. We had a perfect stay and would book again anytime. Plus, the car is safe in the parking garage.

Very overrated hotel, surprised that it is so highly rated and is so expensive. You don’t get what you pay for. The AC wasn’t working, the room was hot in the morning. the smart TV doesn’t work. Breakfast was below average. Service is horrible. Came back in the evening to see that the room wasn’t cleaned despite asking for housekeeping. The staff was very indifferent and it felt like they had no incentive to make guests uncomfortable. Coming back to sarajevo in a few days and glad that we didn’t book this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, but the room ceiling is low and narrow, the bathroom is very small, the refrigerator was hot, the TV didn't work, the room service wasn't good, the parking fee is very expensive, there's no cooperation between the restaurant and the hotel, and the breakfast is very boring. It's not suitable for families.

We stayed here for one night. A beautiful new and very well-renovated hotel. The location is super close to the old town. It's easily accessible by tram. Breakfast was a bit confusing: The egg dishes on the menu have prices listed next to them. For example, omelet 14 - but under "Additional Items" it says +4. These don't seem to be prices, or perhaps they're for non-guests? 🤷 We were told it was included. The room is very quiet, clean, and modern. There are air conditioning controls, but you can't turn it off. Just set it 2 degrees lower, and it's quiet enough for the night. German channels are listed on the TV, but it says "No Signal"... No matter, we got out our tablet and used the hotel's excellent internet connection, and the evening was saved. Due to a booking error on my part, we'll be back next year, but we're already looking forward to it ☺️

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 7 days. We arrived at the hotel from the airport around 10:00 AM on our arrival day. We were informed that our room would be ready at 3:00 PM; however, during this time, we were neither offered a place to rest nor allowed to have breakfast. Having to wait until 3:00 PM in an unfamiliar city and in cold weather conditions was quite challenging for us. I can say that the hotel was generally adequate in terms of cleanliness. However, the breakfast system seriously disappointed us. Breakfast is divided into free and paid items. You can take some items from the buffet, but for example, if you want eggs, you have to pay extra. Also, if you go to the restaurant outside of breakfast hours, even a coffee is charged. As someone who has stayed in many hotels before, this was the first time I encountered such a practice. We would have expected at least basic items like coffee and eggs to be offered free of charge to hotel guests. Also, although the hotel has a significant price difference compared to other hotels in the area, it does not offer any extra services to justify this difference. Therefore, I can say that it fell short of our expectations in terms of price-performance.

The hotel's location is excellent: sits on a hill that is about a 7-minute walk from the Old Town. When I contacted them with questions before arrival, they were very responsive. The breakfast room is beautiful and bright, and the breakfast offer is solid. The receptionists are generally (with only one exception) very responsive and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean but quite small, and walls/door are thin so that you hear everyone. In some rooms skin lotion was not offered as a part of the standard amenity, which was odd for a four-star hotel. Unfortunately the area right outside of the hotel is where the garbage and recycling bins are, so you have to pass a bit of mess to get to the hotel.
