Good
A big problem is finding a parking space in this area. I have been to the neighboring hotels and they have the same problem.
Where to start? We rented an apartment in the hotel with the clear idea that we have three children and we will need space. The only positive thing in the whole story is the location. I made arrangements in advance and called several times to make sure that there would be space for a family consisting of two adults and three children. The first negative impression I had was that the website clearly shows that there are designated parking spaces in front of the hotel, but in reality the woman at the reception told us to manage it ourselves. After we settled in, it turned out that there were no beds for 5 people! The children slept on the bed in the bedroom, all three of them crammed together - if they had at least warned me, it's not like I didn't call to ask. There were no blankets for everyone - this is complete absurdity. The carpet was not cleaned well and was dirty, the child found a hairbrush lost under the bed, everything is old and smells dirty and stale, the sockets are torn out and hanging - hopefully no one got hurt. We will never return to this hotel again, it is not worth it!
A very friendly hotel in a good location. The staff is A+ – helpful, friendly, and communicative. The room is reasonably priced and clean. The nearest tram and bus stops are just a few dozen meters away, and there are 2-3 restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it.
The staff were kind, which we appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. We noticed stains on the curtains, a cigarette burn hole in the bedding, and an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. On the positive side, you can easily park on the street in front of the hotel and you don’t need to pay extra for parking. With more attention to hygiene, the stay would be much more enjoyable.
