Albizia Beach Hotel

Great location by the sea, beautiful rooms with sea views, generous breakfast

We had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. The location right on the beach is fantastic: quiet, with a sea view from the balcony, and ideal for unwinding. The sea was warm and clean, and in the mornings we even saw dolphins – a real highlight! Nearby, there are two cozy beach bars with sea views, as well as small stalls selling snacks, ice cream, and beach supplies, so apart from supermarkets and tobacconists, you have everything you need right there. To put it diplomatically, the hotel is a bit dated, in some places clearly in need of repair, and the cleanliness isn't quite up to the standards you might expect in Germany, for example. The pictures and reviews on the relevant websites are outdated and sometimes deviate significantly from reality – but the friendliness of the staff and the fantastic location more than make up for it. Without a car or taxi, you're quite limited, but if, like us, you simply want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. Overall, after a few initial hiccups, we felt very comfortable.

Loved our stay here! Close to the beach, good service, beach towel, umbrellas and toys to use from the hotel. There were also small local restaurants across the street and a nice (not overcrowded) beach!

I miss it already, I hope that next year the sea and the hotel will accept us. Thank you to everyone for the hospitality. Especially to the wonderful Maria. May Tsonka and Stoyan be alive and healthy, and to a 75-year-old grandmother who left us an envelope and paper every day.
