Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna

I recently stayed at Rosslyn Dimyat Hotel Varna and, as a frequent traveller, I was disappointed by several aspects of the service, particularly regarding customer care and respect for guests. Before my arrival, I explicitly requested a parking space both by phone and in my reservation notes. Upon check‑in, the staff first asked whether I had made such a request in advance, and stated that this was required in order to have a parking slot. After I showed them proof of my prior request, they still refused to provide a parking space, yet allocated parking to other guests who arrived after me. This experience left a strong impression of poor organization and a lack of fairness and respect toward guests. The condition of the sofa bed in my room was also unsatisfactory. The mattress was in very poor shape and not comfortable for sleeping, which is not acceptable for a hotel in this category. Furthermore, staff repeatedly entered the room while I was inside, despite my polite requests to come back later when I would be outside. This constant interruption affected my privacy and comfort, and suggested that internal communication and respect for guest preferences need serious improvement. On a positive note, the hotel breakfast was good, with a satisfactory selection and quality of food. However, the issues with customer service, parking management, room comfort, and respect for guests overshadowed the otherwise good facilities.

The quality is undeniable, but the price was quite high. I'm deducting one star because despite paying 180 euros, there were no phone chargers in the rooms...

Finally reached the Black Sea after crossing Central Asia, the Caspian, Cyprus, Malta, Iceland, and the Balkans. This hotel was a calm place to rest at the end of a very long road. The sea view and the green scenery of Sea Garden made the atmosphere feel quiet and comfortable, especially after so many days of driving and walking. The room was spacious, and the stay itself felt peaceful. Hello Voyager 🧭

We want to express our endless gratitude for the organization of our wedding celebration! They took into account all our wishes, the selected menu was very delicious, the service throughout the evening was at a very high level! We recommend the hotel and restaurant for choosing celebrations!
