My family and I had been to Ayia Napa and booked this hotel because we were checked out of the other hotel at 12:00 and the flight didn't leave until 00:40 so we had to have a hotel for that time. It is quite close to the airport which is good, but the room is absolutely disgusting. This shouldn't be a hotel. We left as soon as we came in. When we were about to leave, there was a room that was open. We went in and it was chaos. Not cleaned. Almost exactly as dirty as what we got. Lots of makeup brushes lying around. Simply a hotel that deserves 1 star! Don't come here!
I booked the hotel via hotels.com and therefore had no option to cancel. The room I had reserved smelled so strongly of mold that I immediately felt unwell. There was mold in the bathroom, and hair and trash in the shower (i.e. not washed). I was given a new room, this was much cleaner but had no hot water tap in the shower, and the air conditioning did not work. The French balcony made it possible to sunbathe from bed until sunset. The reception was friendly and helpful.
The owners are really nice nice yeah the rooms aren't the best but it's a cheap hotel you can't ask for everything
Unsanitary conditions and no cleaning - Stay away! My stay was a real horror. The most shocking thing was the bathroom: the toilet hadn't even been flushed or cleaned after the previous guests and there was leftovers in the basin upon arrival. This is the most unhygienic thing I have ever experienced in a hotel. The rest of the room was just as bad with cockroaches, signs of other insects and broken furniture. The owner was extremely unpleasant to communicate with and showed no professional pride or customer service. Although the location in Larnaca is central, it is in no way worth the unsanitary and dirty conditions. Find somewhere else to stay!
