Poseidonia Beach Hotel

We recently spent 12 wonderful days at the Poseidonia Hotel in Limassol and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special mention must go to Ozzy, the barman, who truly made our stay memorable. His warm personality, exceptional service, and genuine care for guests stood out every day. Whether recommending drinks, sharing a laugh, or simply making us feel welcome, Ozzy consistently went above and beyond. He is a real credit to the hotel and one of the main reasons our stay was so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Poseidonia Hotel for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning in the future!

I was at a wedding reception and the service and food were very good.

I recently was at Poseidonia Beach Hotel in Limassol and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s beachfront location is excellent, offering beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach, while also being close to the city and local attractions. The service throughout my stay was outstanding. The personnel were professional, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile, making the atmosphere very warm and comfortable. Every member of the staff showed genuine hospitality and attention to detail. The food and kitchen were also impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes. Breakfast and dinner were well organized, and the quality of the meals exceeded expectations. The food was genuinely delicious, and the restaurant staff gave excellent service during every meal. One of the highlights of the hotel was the events and entertainment. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxing. Overall, Poseidonia Beach Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Limassol, whether for relaxation, holidays, or events. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others.

Good staff, great sea views, lovely fresh cooked breakfast. My room was clean but in need of redecoration. It's a little far away from the Old Port and nightlife but fine for a nice beach holiday

During my presence in a common area of ​​the hotel with my minor children, we sat at a table to consume food (pizza and soft drink) that we had purchased outside the hotel, without any prior information about the ban. After finishing our meal, a bar employee proceeded to an intense, aggressive and public verbal attack against me, raising his voice in front of my children and other customers. Despite my repeated explanations that I was ignoring the relevant regulation, his behavior remained unacceptable, offensive and intimidating. The air contision was not working

I want to share my experience at the Poseidonia Beach Hotel so other travelers are better informed. Unfortunately, my stay there was extremely disappointing. Although I had booked half-board, all drinks had to be paid for separately. I've vacationed in over 30 countries, and nowhere before have I had to pay extra for drinks with half-board – usually, at least basic drinks are included. I find this very customer-unfriendly. What was particularly annoying was that when I brought this up, I was simply told that it was "my problem" and that I would just have to pay for the drinks. Furthermore, this information wasn't clearly stated anywhere on the website, which I found misleading. The behavior of the staff at reception was also very disappointing. Most of the employees seemed rude and unhelpful. In particular, one older woman with short hair was disrespectful to me on several occasions – such behavior is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. Another major problem was the noise. It was constantly loud from the neighboring rooms, making a restful sleep virtually impossible. Additionally, the hotel is quite far from the city center, which further diminishes its appeal. I was also shocked to find cockroaches in the spa area. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. The only positive aspect was the cleaning staff – they were friendly, helpful, and deserve high praise. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I hope the hotel takes this criticism seriously and makes urgent improvements.
