What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the Dionysos Central Hotel for its excellent location near Paphos harbour, bars, and shops, as well as its friendly and helpful staff who often remember returning guests. However, some guests have experienced issues with room quality, particularly unusable balconies, and the hotel's numerous steps and lack of ramps can be a significant drawback for those with mobility concerns.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars — Another Excellent Stay at Dionysos Central Hotel This was my second stay at this delightful hotel, and once again it was a fantastic experience. Both times I arrived close to midnight and was welcomed by a very cheerful and friendly night porter, which immediately made me feel at home. Check‑in was smooth and efficient, and my room looked recently refurbished — spotlessly clean, modern, and extremely comfortable. The bed was great, and the powerful shower was perfect after a long day of travel. The hotel’s central location is a huge bonus: just a short stroll to the harbour, with plenty of local bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. Breakfast offered a great choice with fresh options, and the whole hotel has a warm, welcoming feel. Dionysos Central Hotel continues to impress, and I’ll happily return again.

Very nice hotel has 3 stars but I want to give it a full 4.5. Clean rooms, good service and delicious food. Plus, a very good location.

Had a lovely stay here and would definitely return. Nice room overlooking the gardens however the room cleaners breakout area was below our room and they were quite noisy. Often sounded as though they were shouting and arguing with each other. Location fantastic. Reception staff and waiting staff at breakfast from La Place Royale all very friendly. Pool area was excellent with plenty of sunbeds. Late check out available at €10 per hour. The cats are just utterly adorable and very well looked after. I miss them the most.
