The hotel is beautiful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were several aspects of our stay that were disappointing. We booked a room with a private pool, but it did not feel private at all. The pool is located right next to the parking area, and both staff and guests constantly walk by and can easily look into the pool area. The main hotel pool is not large enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel. Throughout the day, it was very difficult to find available sunbeds or seating. The location is also less ideal than expected. The hotel does not have direct beach access, and for most of the day the pool area receives very little sunlight, making it relatively cold and less enjoyable. We also booked a spa treatment during our stay. After the treatment, we wanted to use the sauna, only to find out that it was not operating and needed to be switched on by the staff at least 30 minutes in advance. It was surprising that the sauna in the hotel spa was not available by default, and this information was not communicated to us beforehand. Before our evening flight, we asked if there was a place where we could shower after check-out. The only option offered was a public outdoor shower next to the pool, similar to a beach shower, with no door and no privacy. There are showers available in the spa, but we were not allowed to use them, even though we had booked a spa treatment during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant way to end our vacation. While the hotel looks great and the rooms are nice, we felt that the hotel offers very limited facilities and services for the price charged. Considering the rates, the overall value for money is poor, and the experience did not meet our expectations. Overall, the property has potential, but for the price point we expected a much higher level of comfort, amenities, and guest experience.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. Everything was perfect: the location, the service, and the room. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more special. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wow, what a hotel!!! Listen, I booked a year ago and then I had to cancel because of Iran and they were the cutest and gave me a one-year extension for the same room so I booked again (of course without adding a shekel) and then my mother and sister and I arrived and everything is pampering at its best, their service is crazy, they help and do everything from the heart, the hotel itself is amazing, the food is delicious!!! The location is second from the sea and all the bars and restaurants, wow I recommend it a million times!!!
