Wellness Hotel Babylon

My wife and I stayed for two nights, we chose the entertainment package. The staff was pleasant throughout Babylon. I needed gluten-free breakfast, all I had to do was write it in the notes when booking the room, at the first breakfast we asked and the gentleman (I think the manager) went through everything with us and showed us what I could safely eat, I had a basket with BZL bread there completely separate from the other pastries, most of the food was covered, I was not afraid of contamination and I felt safe, elsewhere food is a lot of stress for me. I would add here that a gentleman who had some health problem with walking was working at breakfast, we really liked that Babylon does not discriminate against employees because of health conditions, as if it were necessary elsewhere. The room was beautiful, the bed was great to sleep on. We had unlimited access to the water park and other attractions, which was great. We filled in the check-in details in advance, so all we had to do was a short verification and confirmation of the parking card, check-out was also very quick, before leaving we just left our bracelets at the reception. We were very satisfied, we will definitely go there again for a longer stay ☺️

There is no entertainment for adults in the area. The water park is small, worse than other water parks. Half of the things have been broken and out of order for a long time. You pay for entry to the amusement park and even then you have to put money in some machines. For me, money wasted.

A very nice family and wellness hotel. There are many entertainment options and a great spa area.

Our experience at the Wellness Hotel Babylon was very bad and disappointing. We paid the entrance fee to the water park, but my wife was denied entry because she was wearing a modest Islamic bikini, and she was forced to leave even though we had paid the full amount. Worse still, they hadn't informed us beforehand about any dress code or restrictions before payment or entry. We feel the place is unsuitable for women who wear headscarves or for Muslim families, and the treatment was disrespectful and uncomprehending. If these rules had been clear from the beginning, we wouldn't have booked or paid. A disappointing experience that we will not repeat.

I highly recommend the Wellness stay. My husband and I were very satisfied. Excellent breakfast with a wide selection.

I definitely recommend it, it's absolutely great for children.

We have been coming to you for several years. The only thing we miss is the steam in the pool. For food, at least for dinner, I would choose a children's drink and expand the assortment with children's bags for the little ones. This year we were surprised that all the attractions closed at 8 pm and the only place we could go was the pool. In previous years, the fun park was open for children until 9 pm and in the morning the attractions were open from 9 am and this year everything from 10 am. We were sorry. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay as always.

We have been going to Babylon for several years, but now we have taken a 2-year break, but in those 2 years a lot has changed. New attractions, etc. In my opinion, this hotel is one of the best in the Czech Republic. This time we were in Superior rooms, which are very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner are superb. Children are welcome everywhere. The aqua park is absolutely bomb, but before there was a more beautiful laser show, which has now been replaced by a cheaper version, which is also more adapted for children, and the pools are also colder than before. There is also a mini zoo by the dining room, where they have both small and large turtles and monkeys. If you are thinking of staying at the Babylon hotel, I highly recommend it☺️
