Mosaic House

Great location and property! There were a few items in the room for design/decor purposes that mostly just got in the way in a room that’s already tight, but outside of that, we loved the room and hotel.

Mosaic was much better than I expected. Perfect, in every way, incredible staff, charming common parts, nice bedrooms, all needs anticipated. I really recommend to stay here for a visit in Prague!

Arrived at 8:30 AM. The front desk staff kindly informed us that the room would be ready in 2 hours. The standard room was exquisite and had a large bathtub. Welcome sparkling wine was available at the small bar on the first floor. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the taste was excellent. There are two tram stops nearby. Overall, highly recommended!

We were in a party of six in the bar area. We had to move a chair to get us all seated. Apparently this is against the rules and the reception area seemed to complain to the bar area resulting in them moving the chair just 2 metres back to its original location. Completely ignoring our needs and ignoring the guests. It seems you have to ask permission to move an empty chair from an empty table. Absoluely ridiculous and horrible customer service, I would never stay here.

We stayed here for three nights and would not hesitate to return. The rooms were beautifully kept, quiet at night, and had the small but meaningful detail of opening windows — something you appreciate far more than you expect after a long day of sightseeing. The restaurant and lounge bar are genuinely lovely spaces. Breakfast was a pleasure, and if you get the chance to try their prosecco, do not pass it up — hands down the best I’ve tasted. The location sits about a twenty-minute walk from Charles Bridge, which puts you just far enough from the tourist crowds to feel like you’re actually in the city rather than queuing through it. What sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything — you leave feeling looked after rather than processed. The small gift on departure is a nice touch that stays with you. Highly recommended.

One word - excellent! One small thing to redo: in room 507, the shower hose connected to the shower head was not installed properly. It would be better to fix it.

Once again, we had a fantastic stay at Mosaichouse. Our room was tastefully decorated – beautiful and very comfortable. I always enjoy coming back and appreciate the urban feel, the excellent location, the lively neighborhood, and the very attentive staff. THANK YOU!
