LGBT+ Komunitní centrum (KáCéčko)

The LGBT+ Komunitní centrum — affectionately nicknamed KáCéčko — is Prague's main queer community hub, tucked away on Železná just off the Old Town Square. Opened in 2021 and run by the organisation behind Prague Pride, it is a welcoming, alcohol-free space rather than a bar: a place for support groups, workshops, film nights, youth and parent meet-ups, and quiet afternoons with a coffee and a book from its small library. Much of Prague's community programming — from the weekly "Otevřený čtvrtek" open evenings to teen and 30+ social groups — happens here, with sessions in both Czech and English. For LGBTQ+ travellers it is the friendliest first point of contact in the city for information, a chat, or simply a safe place to land.
