Excellent location, comfortable rooms (though a bit dated), pleasant lobby. The downsides are the prices and the lack of a TV in the room. Otherwise, it's fine.

Nice and laid back atmosphere. Very friendly personnel. Good services available, like kitchen, self-service laundry, relax/game/arcade/pool/tv-area. Suitable for all types of groups, families or single-travelers. Breakfast is quite basic, but value for money. I booked for 2, however got a 4 bed-room, which was spacious, with tiny bathroom which functioned fine for the 2 of us. Only 1 keycard available, which was less practical as the keycard is needed to activate the lift to go up, or the entrance to the stairs. Unfortunately the lockers where unavailable on our day of departure due to electric outage, so had to go to a twice as much expensive luggage storage just across the train station to leave our stuff for the remainder of our departure day.

The very long and bumpy walk to the room was truly indescribably tedious. The room itself was tiny and very old, without a TV or radio. The floorboards creaked with every step, and the bathroom was full of mold. The smallest toilet I've ever seen (cute, I suppose). But the rotten-egg smell emanating from the sink, where the strainer at the bottom was partially open, topped everything else. The view of the garbage dump in the courtyard bothered me the least. The staff were polite. The breakfast was good for the price. The location is the best thing about it. Conveniently located near the main train station and close to the city center.

Amazing staff, very close to the center, loved our stay here. The rooms are comfortable and the facilities are just what you need after a long day in the city. The community space is very welcoming and fun. 10/10

The room is very nice and the location is great, but the communal kitchen is terrible: the microwave and electric kettle seem like they were in World War II, there are never any cups or glasses, and the space is too small for so many people.

Friendly people, leaving belongings in the room without locking them up was no problem! Towels in the room AND free towel exchange. Stayed here for Go Fest Copenhagen, would recommend this hostel 100%.

If you're looking for a hostel-style stay but with the privacy of your own room, this is the place. It's a great spot to meet people and have fun. I rented a bike, used the laundry facilities, had a few beers at the bar while listening to a DJ, and played pool with strangers. There's a lot going on downstairs all day long. It's a lively area with great nightlife and close to the main train station that takes you to the airport.

Could be satisfying with this locatiob. Price. Cleanity.

Everyone we encountered at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The on site breakfast offered many options and was quite delicious. The room was simple but well appointed complete with shampoo/body wash, hand soap, and potable water.

The rooms are already in poor condition. The beds in the dormitory are positioned so that you can practically breathe into each other's faces. There's no separation, not even a curtain. The room faces the main street and the windows aren't soundproofed, so the room is noisy. There's a lack of ventilation, and with six people, you quickly feel it. There are many cheaper and better options in Copenhagen; this place is a waste of time and energy.

Tiny double room, bathroom with a strong smell of rotten eggs that permeated the room, and an unusable hairdryer. Breakfast was a rip-off.

The hostel/hotel exceeds expectations every time. It is affordable while also being a place that consistently does exactly what you need it to. The beds are comfy and clean, there is enough space in the rooms to not be cramped together. The lockers are a bit small and won't fit a suitcase or anything bigger than a backpack, but most people are understanding if that stuff is in the way. Great location, super close to the train station which is really convenient. Can be a little loud due to the people on the street below, but that is not at the fault of the hotel.
