Rare Apartments

I spent three months at Rare Apartments and had a fantastic stay. The facilities were clean and functional, both the common areas and the rooms themselves. The room service was excellent, as was the attention from the administrative and maintenance staff: prompt, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended for long stays, close to the city center but in a quiet area.

While the location of the hotel is nice, the room I was given had a horrible smell to it. It was stale and terrible, as if the cleaner had used dirty water to clean it and its smell remained over the two days I spent there. To be fair, the property managers did offer to change my room, but the communication was quite broken and intermittent and finally I decided to just stick it out in the smelly room. Thank you to the property managers also for letting me check two hours after the standard checkout time; this was very appreciated. Howver, the room's smell was so awful that I'd never return to this place!

New building, clean, quiet. There is a kitchenette in the room with pots, pans, stove, kettle and various glasses and cups. Everything you need is there. I recommend! Good location as well. And pets are allowed.

Solid hotel for a great price. Check-in process was humanless and smooth. The rooms were well equipped and super clean.

I needed a last minute hotel in Tartu and found this on Booking.com. It was amazing. Self check in with parking at the back for 6€ /24hrs. The room was great and had numerous facilities like laundry. Highly recommend especially for the price
