Good hotel, rooms with bathroom and kitchenette, breakfast left at your door (a bit basic but fine), free parking, gym, etc. No staff at reception, everything is automated, I like it. I would stay here again.

Our visit to Tartu was planned in advance, and we were pleasantly surprised to find these wonderful apartments. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We checked in online in advance, which made the process much easier and saved us time. The apartments were very clean, comfortable and convenient, creating a pleasant feeling during our stay. The only nuance is that during the day there were free parking spaces near the apartments, as there were free spaces, but in the evening they were already taken. At the same time, there are paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity with a sufficient number of free spaces, which did not cause any problems. Overall, a great experience, we can definitely recommend!

As women, we really missed a large mirror. The mirror cabinet in the bathroom was so low that washing our faces was a bit difficult. There could also be some kind of light, we couldn't even see our eyelashes being dyed. Otherwise, the room was beautiful and comfortable.

Clean room with small amenities. The single room had a wide bed and a view of the courtyard, which was a plus. Pets are welcome, which is a plus for me. The location is quiet, and there was no noise from the hallway, even though there were people passing by. The car was easily parked in the parking lot next door, where there was plenty of space. You could easily buy breakfast supplies on the other side of the road. I would go again if I needed to go to Tartu!

Too many political ads

I haven't lived here, but I visit someone who does. I can confirm the very convenient location and beautifully renovated interiors. It's quite pleasant, in my opinion.

Free parking on the side of the yard - in places where there are signs without inscriptions. The later in the evening you arrive, the less chance you have of parking. Convenient with children - bunk beds. The WC is a designer's "masterpiece" - it is convenient to wash only your hands in the sink.

Amazing view from my bed to some skyscrapers of tartu. Very big single bed and big TV. Kitchen has everything that you need. Bathroom is very clean. Best apartment that you can imagine for arround 50€ including parking. ❤️

Overall, it's very good. The hotel itself is very good. We booked a room for Thursday, two people, and there were bunks on top. If you get that same room for four, keep in mind that it's a bit difficult to climb into those bunks. They have sharp edges that can easily bruise you, or even hit your head. Climbing down is quite difficult, and the steps are quite thin (it's painful to climb up and down). There's breakfast, which was very tasty (which wasn't specified): a sandwich (cheese and ham), boiled egg, tomatoes, cucumbers, a croissant, juice, and yogurt with granola. Breakfast is delivered to the door, so it's convenient; you can pick it up whenever you want. There's a TV with Netflix, YouTube, Telia TV, etc. Aside from the beds, it's an Anglessian hotel, but the beds are a nightmare.

Cheap and good hotel, location close to the old town etc. For some reason breakfast was not served behind the door as it should have been, and there was no route to the roof terrace.
