Harassment Contact Person Training for Member Organizations 11.11.2026

The training is intended only for individuals working within Seta's member organizations who intend to act as a harassment contact person for their member organization or are already in that role. Priority is given to participants who have not yet had the opportunity to attend any harassment contact person training. Before applying for the training, please discuss the matter with the responsible persons in your member organization, e.g., the board or executive director.
The trainer is Seta's harassment contact person, youth work and advocacy expert Teija Ryhtä.
The training will be held in two remote sessions in November:
Wed 11 Nov, 5:30 PM–8:00 PM
Wed 18 Nov, 5:30 PM–8:00 PM
You can only attend the latter training session if you also attended the first one.
During the training, we will examine, among other things, the prerequisites for the role of a harassment contact person and the process that begins with contact to the harassment contact person, as well as the harassment contact person's duties and tools.
A maximum of 20 participants will be selected for the training based on applications.

Previous trainings have attracted considerable interest from actors outside Seta's member organization field as well. We want to clarify that this training is not intended for professionals or for volunteers other than those from Seta's member organizations.
