Lahti Pride
About This Event
Lahti Pride is a week of talks, workshops, club nights and culture in Lahti, about an hour north of Helsinki by train. It ends with a Saturday parade and a main-day event. Volunteers from the local Seta association, Lahden Seta ry, run it. The City of Lahti is the main partner under a three-year deal that runs through 2027.
The 2025 edition was billed as the tenth anniversary. The 2026 week ran May 18 to 24 under the theme "Permission to be seen", with Visit Lahti's CEO as patron, and events ran under safer-space rules. Nobody has published attendance numbers. The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked, though the city partnership covers that year and Pride has landed in mid-to-late May each recent year.
