Sugar bugs in the bed. Good location. The 5.50e refund as a gesture of goodwill certainly makes up for the situation a little, but it's pretty insignificant.

Affordable place to stay. Good location when going on a boat trip.

The location is convenient right in front of the terminal door, and parking is included in the price. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable, you could put food in your own fridge and the shared kitchen had everything you needed. We got some good packaged food from a Vietnamese restaurant in nearby Sale and the dinner experience in the shared areas was better than in many restaurants. When we had questions, communication via email worked excellently.

Seaport was chosen based on location and it is great if you are leaving for the morning ferry. Hiisihotelli doesn't really have any service, but the system worked great.

The hotel is good, ideal for one or two nights if you're out and about during the day. Grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food are within a 10-minute walk. Since it's located at the ferry terminal, there's not much else going on. Check-in is straightforward.

Clean, quiet place, easy check-in, services and attractions nearby, next to the harbor 👍
