The hotel is very well located. The staff is lovely, helpful, and very attentive. The room is a bit small, but the bedding is excellent and it's extremely quiet.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the breakfast is superb, and the staff are professional and very accommodating. All of this made for a wonderful stay in Lille. Highly recommended!

The only good thing about it is the location: a room on the 4th floor with no elevator. The soap dispenser was broken, the hairdryer didn't work, there were no tissues, no bottled water, the soundproofing was terrible, and the paint in the room was peeling... For over €300 a night, it's outrageous! And as for the parking, you have to pay extra after 4 pm... In short, they're taking advantage of tourists. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very labyrinthine and there's no elevator. It's quite a challenge with a large suitcase. We had a very small room with a threshold right at the entrance. Definitely a tripping hazard. The room showed some signs of wear and tear, and you'd occasionally see an ant crawling around. However, we weren't there to spend all our time in the room, so it wasn't a major issue. The location in the city center is excellent, as is the hotel service. Any questions were answered immediately, and every request was accommodated.

Excellent hotel in Lille! The room is fairly basic, but functional, clean, and perfectly adequate for a stay in the city center. Breakfast isn't a brunch, so don't expect anything extravagant, but it's very good, with everything you need to start the day right. The hotel is well-located, convenient, simple, and efficient. I recommend it!

This is definitely not to judge the staff. They were lovely and welcoming and I could see they had their hands full of work. The hotel needs some major renovations. The bathroom is petite to say the least and we could smell the sewer. Breakfast was lovely and of good quality and the location is great!
