A memorable welcome in the heart of Lille! We had an absolutely perfect stay at the Hotel L'Arbre Voyageur. While the hotel itself is magnificent, it was Cerise's warm welcome that truly made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by her smile and natural kindness. She perfectly embodies the legendary warmth and friendliness of the people of Northern France, making you feel instantly at home. Her professionalism is exemplary: she possesses that precious attention to detail that makes all the difference. Cerise, a huge thank you for your incredibly kind welcome and for your thoughtful gesture regarding the upgrade to Suite 52. This gesture greatly contributed to making our stay exceptional. We will be back with great pleasure to say hello again!

A very nice hotel in a great location in the center of Lille. A warm welcome, helpful advice from reception, and a very good, complete breakfast. The rooms are well soundproofed and the bedding is very comfortable! I highly recommend it for a weekend in Lille.

What can I say... the hotel has tasteful decor and a great location; the staff is pleasant, helpful, attentive, and kind. The room is well-equipped and comfortable. Little touches throughout our stay... The products are high-quality, from the bathroom to the breakfast... They make your stay as easy as possible... This is a serious and high-quality choice for Lille. The comfort is truly pleasant, and the staff is competent and friendly. Everything runs very smoothly from arrival to departure. I had absolutely no complaints. Breakfast is served in the lovely dining room of the gourmet restaurant, and there's a truly unique feature: an orange juice machine! The quality is unmatched! In short, definitely consider this hotel for your stay in Lille.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Lille. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was just the way I like it. Kindness, friendliness, and politeness were evident. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you to this wonderful team.

Pleasant hotel in a good location – unfortunately with some weaknesses. The hotel is very well located: next door is a public, secure, and inexpensive underground parking garage, and all of Lille's sights are within walking distance. The staff at reception and at breakfast are very friendly, competent, and helpful – and speak excellent English. Breakfast: plentiful (hot and cold options, yogurt, muesli, pastries, cheese, fresh orange juice – everything you could wish for), fresh, and delicious. Decent coffee, quick and friendly service. A lovely courtyard where you can end the day with a drink. The service here is also very good. The room (we had #2, a basic category) is fine; the bed is comfortable, there's plenty of space, the shower is very large, and the minibar is fully stocked (coffee, tea, and cold drinks) – all good. But... The hotel has a great idea: if you don't want a full room cleaning, but only the bed made and the trash emptied, you get a free drink at the bar. Just hang a sign on your door – done! Great idea, everyone benefits. If it works, that is. So we hung the sign on the door. Unfortunately, it didn't work: when we returned in the afternoon, neither the bed had been made nor the trash taken out. This only happened a few hours later after we called reception. Well, at least we got the free drink. The next day, we wanted a full room cleaning and hung the sign on the door again. Unfortunately, nothing happened. We informed reception, and the room was cleaned immediately – and yes, we got another free drink. Nevertheless, when I return to the hotel after hours of exploring the city, I'd much rather have a shower than have to take care of things and wait, even if it's just for a drink. Still, Furthermore, we noticed on our last evening that the air conditioning filter needed servicing. This should have been noticed and taken care of. Another drawback, particularly with our room #2, was the proximity of the sewage pipe. As a result, we could clearly hear when someone else was showering or otherwise producing wastewater. In conclusion: great location, room okay, very friendly and competent staff at breakfast, the bar, and reception, but they couldn't compensate for the shortcomings in housekeeping.

A very nice hotel, ideally located on the old square, just steps away. The Opéra parking garage, right outside the hotel, allows you to leave your vehicle safely and at a very affordable price. The staff is very attentive. The brasserie is a real plus; you can dine there very well for excellent value.

We had a lovely stay at L’Arbre Voyageur during our brief stay in Lille. It’s classily decorated, has impeccable green credentials and we had a warm welcome from Juliette at Reception. There was a slight issue with the temperature of the shower but we were in too much of a rush to get our train to get it fixed there and then. I’m sure it would have been sorted quickly if we’d had the time to wait. We’ll definitely stay here again.
