This hotel is beyond awful! Avoid it! The place is practically abandoned, the rooms are in a pitiful state and filthy! (In room 26, you'll find an old pair of socks between the fridge and the TV stand, probably left by a previous guest. I invite you to open the fridge and see for yourself!) And don't even get me started on the state of the bathroom: mold everywhere, with a nice coat of paint to hide the mess, and the bathtub drain full of gunk! The reception area is rather nicely decorated. I'm giving it 3 stars. It's a shame you can't rate the smell because it's truly something else! Non-existent staff. For those who like dark wine!

One-night stay for 8 people (4 bedrooms). CATASTROPHIC, AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The only decent thing was the welcome upon arrival. The place was filthy... Dust, dead flies on the floor, both in the bedrooms and the common areas. Dusty and dirty bedspreads. The bathroom and toilet were the same. The pool and its surroundings were no better. And the final straw was breakfast... a so-called buffet... No refrigerated items, everything was just piled on a table, and consequently, it was really bad. There was a carafe of water with mold. The person who was there to "greet" us was wearing disgusting clothes... a polo shirt stained with grease, paint, and other things... In short, it was a dreadful stay.

The room wasn't very clean; the towels were threadbare and see-through. It looked like a very creepy, abandoned hotel. The receptionist was friendly, but they should focus on cleaning rather than selling cosmetics.

Hotel with lovely decor. A wonderful welcome from Clara, and the family rooms allowed all five of us to stay together, with an extra bed available. The pool was heavenly. I recommend it 200%!

The photos of the establishment circulating on the website and Google pages are clearly outdated! We found the establishment in a deplorable state. Stains on the bath towels + watermarks on the chair seats + hair on the bed linens + overgrown vegetation (very tall weeds, making the pool shower inaccessible) + a pool robot left abandoned in the middle of the pool with no signs of life + the pool liner crumbling on all sides + cigarette butts clearly replacing flowers + a musty smell both in the lobby and in our room! Furthermore, the staff is neither welcoming nor attentive. Avoid this establishment!

The hotel looks amazing in photos, but the reality is quite different. The room was filthy, and I'm grateful to the young woman at reception for finding us an alternative room because there was no way I was going to sleep in a room with a live or dead spider. The sheets were completely black, some even had holes in them. There was sticky liquid on the bedside table. By the pool, it was impossible to sit on a sun lounger because it was so dirty. The pool itself wasn't any better. They tried to charge us more for a room, supposedly because it faced south or not. Nothing changed. I'm disappointed, especially since they charged us for the room upon arrival without even showing us the room. Perhaps you should check your rooms before charging us! 😉

A gem! We booked for 3 days. The hotel seemed a bit dated at first, but each day we discovered something wonderful, and in the end, we extended our stay for another 5 days and didn't want to leave. The hosts were lovely, hardworking, honest, and offered great advice—just the kind of welcome you get when exploring a new region. They decorated the reception area and restaurant beautifully. We were traveling with our 18-month-old daughter, and everything was perfect. We changed rooms to one with a direct view of the pool.

My wife, my two children, and I spent two days there this weekend. The welcome was fantastic. The interior and decor are superb. I didn't have time to go to the hotel's wine cellar (my wife was keeping an eye on me 😄), but it looked beautiful (you can see the cellar through the glass). There's a lot of greenery around the hotel and the pool, which reminds me of Guadeloupe. It must be a huge job for the managers to maintain everything. For me, it's the most beautiful hotel in Aniane, with a large parking lot and huge facilities. (I stayed there when my parents took me on vacation 25 years ago.) The manager gave us great advice on outings and good restaurants. The managers are really nice, very friendly, and honest about their prices. I hope to go back (not next year) but at the end of 2025 to see them again. Support to our hotel and restaurant owners and best of luck to you all.

A night spent at the hotel to enjoy the region. Unfortunately, upon arrival in the room, there was a clump of hair and dust on the bed. The hygiene of the room, the toilet bowl, and the shower was more than neglected... At €100 a night, I expect better cleanliness, especially in a hotel. To top it all off, the walls are not soundproof at all; we had the pleasure of hearing our neighbors talking, laughing, and shouting until 3:30 in the morning. Once this wonderful night was over, I politely informed the manager, who replied: "And you were lucky to be on the first floor; on the ground floor, you would have had a wedding." No apology or compensation was offered for the discomfort of our night, even though the hotel is clearly responsible. The pool is not maintained; the water is green. The garbage room is right next to the bedrooms, separated only by a curtain, great... It's a shame, the setting is nice, and the breakfast is decent.

This hotel is outdated... between the holes in the walls, the broken shutters, the torn and frayed bath towels, and the questionable cleanliness... don't trust the website, it's nothing like reality... the only thing that isn't discounted is the price... avoid it...

This hotel has enormous potential, unfortunately completely untapped. The staff are lovely, but the rest is less so; it's a real shame.
