Leonardo Hotel Augsburg

I had stayed at a Leonardo Hotel before and had a positive experience. However, the hotel in Augsburg was probably the best hotel I've ever visited. Perfect in every respect: top-notch rooms, a great bar and restaurant, and a very good breakfast.

The hotel is highly recommended. Whether at the reception, during breakfast—which is very well taken care of by the way—or in the evening over a drink, the staff is very friendly and very helpful, great.

A solid hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. Some of the service staff could benefit from customer service training. The reception staff were very friendly, the restaurant service was overwhelmed and almost unfriendly, the breakfast service was very friendly, but we were ignored upon departure. The menu was very small and expensive, but the food in the restaurant was very good and delicious.

I only stayed one night at the Leonardo Hotel Augsburg, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say. The room was clean, modernly furnished, and very comfortable. Check-in was quick, and the staff was friendly. This is exactly what you imagine a hassle-free hotel stay to be. If I'm ever in Augsburg again, I'll gladly stay here again.
