via Stay22About this place The New Old Timers
The New Old Timers is a long-established gay bar in Berlin's Schöneberg, just north of Fuggerstraße, that’s been around since 1987.
It’s a refreshing change from the neighborhood’s trendier gay spots. The place is partly hidden by tall bushes at street level, but you’ll find it diagonally across from the Axel Hotel.
This is a traditional boozer with a real local feel. Expect cabaret and drag performances on the regular. If you care more about character and live entertainment than whatever’s currently fashionable on the gay scene, you’ll like it here. The crowd is usually relaxed and welcoming—they appreciate authenticity, not pretense.
Happy hours run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday afternoons. That makes it a good option for an early drink if you’re out exploring the area. Check their Facebook page for updates on performances and special events. The New Old Timers gives you a real slice of Schöneberg’s established gay culture.

A fantastic bar with super friendly people. Highly recommended.
It's a smoking pub, so you should know that beforehand... But the service and the atmosphere are great...
