Located in the heart of Schoenberg, this is definitely the best-equipped SM-themed apartment in Berlin. Very clean, definitely recommended. Book well in advance, especially around major events.

had an amazing 3 days stay here in August, owner is amazing and very understand, has great knowledge, and is well located to some amazing shops and train stations
No this is not a Pilates Studio with a "Reformer" machine and other equipment to strengthen your core, tho after a night of initiation here, your core may be transformed. This is Berlin, and this is the hugely popular SM Apartments, where a 1 bd 1ba and small kitchen also includes your own personal playroom dungeon with more equipment than you know what to do with, and a small jail cell for your bad boys. You enter, and you know tonight with your "partner" is gonna be "different" and "stimulating". The LED lighting alone will free your mind. We enjoyed our 2 night stay there early this year so much, I'm checking in again tonight! the space and all equipment are sanitized to The highest levels of hygiene between guests. Have a seat on the rim chair and enjoy the ride!
