Motel One Berlin – Tiergarten

We stayed at the Motel One Berlin-Tiergarten for about three nights. It met the expectations one has for a Motel One: a nice lobby, a really lovely garden, a great bar with a very large selection of gins, and relatively small but clean rooms. Depending on the booking period, the price of €79 per night is fair, but quite expensive for what's offered, reaching up to €150. The hotel is well-suited for a vacation, provided you don't spend much time in your room. It's less than ideal for longer business trips.

We loved the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of rolls and was very plentiful. We especially liked the little pancake machine 😊👍 We also really liked the hotel's location, so our conclusion is: if we ever make it to the finals again, we'll definitely stay here again 💪

Perfect as always. The staff member at breakfast was especially lovely.

Really great hotel

Breakfast is nothing special in my opinion. The rooms are very small, so you shouldn't travel with a large suitcase. The terrace area must be vacated by 10:00 PM for noise reasons. Unfortunately, there aren't enough alternative seating options outside. On the plus side, you can fully open the window in the room.

You can't really go wrong with Motel One. The furnishings are standard and stylish. Check-in is hassle-free, and check-out is a pleasantly late 12 pm. The only downside is the lack of a parking ticket. While there is an underground parking garage, it's public and costs €20 per day.

I was only there for one night. Typical Motel One standard.
