Celebrate!

The food was okay, but absolutely nothing special and just average in taste. And then there was the wait for the fries – a leisurely 45 minutes. Regular fries... 45 minutes. I can't recommend this restaurant.

I was very disappointed, unfortunately. I had the calamari for €19. It was frozen, and the fries weren't homemade either, which I didn't expect, but if only the small portion of salad was fresh/homemade, the price really isn't justified. Another main course I had was the köfte. Unfortunately, they didn't taste very good. It was all more like fast food with frozen ingredients. The menu also seemed more like something you'd find at a fast-food place: pizza, burgers, schnitzel, and only two fish dishes: calamari and shrimp. Nothing really stood out. It's a menu with something for everyone, but unfortunately, the dishes aren't of a high standard. The third main course was the chicken breast, which we were satisfied with. The hummus was good. Unfortunately, the beef ham wasn't cooked long enough. The drinks were okay. The service was a bit overwhelmed, even though it wasn't very busy. The service was a little disorganized, but that can happen. I still recommend this restaurant to everyone because of the location and the terrace. The food used to be really good. Next time, we'll unfortunately only come for drinks.

We just grabbed a quick bite; the falafel was good, but the Caesar salad we ordered had nothing to do with a classic Caesar salad. I asked beforehand why I should be able to choose my own dressing, but they only served a mixed salad. After the server asked if everything was alright, I complained, but they showed absolutely no understanding—they just said, "That's how we make it." In my opinion, this is misleading customer service and poor complaint management.

The food, the staff, and the view are excellent.

We celebrated our wedding there and couldn't have wished for a more beautiful location. The breathtaking view of the Rhine makes this place truly unique. We would especially like to commend the friendly and easy-going team. Even during the initial planning stages, we felt completely at ease – everyone was incredibly kind, accommodating, and always flexible with our requests. Thanks to the excellent organization and pleasant collaboration, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day. We wholeheartedly recommend the Germania Terraces!

Fantastic restaurant!! I love the food and the atmosphere is great too! You can see the Rhine from the terrace and the view is beautiful.
