Hotel Pullman Cologne

The stay was fantastic! The Privilege Room was simply wonderful, featuring a stunning view of the cathedral and a lovely balcony. A huge thank you to Nicole Boni for arranging this room. I would also like to thank Delara Dag for the smooth check-out experience and valuable assistance with city logistics, as well as Tamta Mosakhlishvili for helping to resolve several issues during my stay. Special thanks also go to Reservations Agent Katarina Petrikowsky for her quick and efficient communication, and to the entire Front Office team, including the night staff, for kindly delivering various tableware items to my room whenever needed. The room was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the bed was huge and so comfortable that I hardly wanted to get up in the morning. The complimentary minibar, which included German beer, as well as the in-room coffee machine, were great additional touches. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5–8 minute walk from both the cathedral and the train station, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and nightlife options nearby. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially the Privilege Room category. I would be delighted to stay here again on my next visit.

Perfect location, elegant reception area, comfortable rooms, stunning views from top floors. Appreciated gesture: free minibar that was refilled each day. Generous breakfast until 12h. Often very reasonable rates for the consistent high quality.

The hotel is perfectly fine. You get a decent room near Cologne Cathedral.

Good hotel in a central location + Very friendly and attentive staff (especially at breakfast) + Good location (approx. 10-15 minute walk from the pedestrian zone) + Well-equipped rooms + Small minibar included (however, no other items available for purchase in the minibar) + Sauna and fitness area + Extensive breakfast buffet + Large beds + Good value for money (-) Wi-Fi only included for members (membership is free) (-) Hotel parking garage available, but prices are rather high - Rooms are somewhat dated; a basic cleaning and some cosmetic repairs would improve them - Cleanliness was only okay (limescale in the bathroom, dust on the sockets, a few hairs on the shower wall, etc.) - Some rooms have walk-in bathtubs, but unfortunately, showering in them is uncomfortable (uneven floor in the tub); Other rooms have standard walk-in showers (which are better). Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the Pullman Hotel in Cologne and can recommend it – especially for a city break or a business trip. In my opinion, a realistic rating would be around 4.2 out of 5 stars.

Quick and friendly check-in. Great service; the neck pillow I used on my last stay was already in the room without me having to ask. Plenty of breakfast. Until next time! 👍
