Rombergpark

Rombergpark is the large botanical garden and arboretum in the south of Dortmund, next to the zoo. Its quieter wooded sections have long been used as a gay cruising area. Activity is mostly on warm afternoons and early evenings in spring and summer and is thin in winter. This is a public park used by families, dog walkers and joggers, so be discreet and stay out of the open lawns and main paths. There is no supervision and the grounds are poorly lit after dark. Go with a charged phone, carry little and tell someone where you are. Many men now arrange meetings through apps rather than waiting around.
