Rastplatz Westerfilde (A45)

Rastplatz Westerfilde is a long-standing gay cruising location at a motorway rest area and car park in the north-west of Dortmund (around the A45 corridor). It is listed across German cruising guides and is busiest after dark and in the warmer months. Activity centres on the parking area and adjacent paths. Germany is legally welcoming to LGBTQ+ people, but cruising areas are unsupervised: go with discretion, stay aware of your surroundings, and note that far-right harassment of cruisers has been reported in the Ruhr region.
