There's a lot to say, but simply DISAPPOINTING!

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fantastic. I was initially skeptical when I saw it from the outside, but thankfully I wasn't disappointed once I was inside. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and everything is being renovated and improved, which I think is great.

Perfect for tradespeople and assembly workers. Would buy again.

I will never book at this hotel again; the photos show something completely different from what you actually get. The cleanliness and friendliness of the hotel staff are completely unrealistic.

I am not at all satisfied with this hotel; however, Check24 customers are not treated well.

Hi everyone, my mission is to discover the world ; ) Dortmund is next on the list. My partner and I really liked the hotel's price, and it's fantastic that the room isn't too small. You can't complain about the cleanliness either; at that price, you expect a normal, clean room. It can shine at home. If you happen to get a room on the side facing the street, it's quite noisy; closed windows don't help much. Otherwise, the guests are considerate of each other, and it was pleasantly quiet with the neighbors. Most importantly, though, there's parking, and there is. Keep up the good work! 👍 Thank you!

Worst I've ever experienced! Generally dirty around handles and on walls. Also smelled of feces on the 2nd floor. The toilet flush didn't work in the room we were given and the new room that was offered lacked a smoke detector. We saw no other option but to change hotels. A shame for the chain!
