There is no shared kitchen, but overall it's ok.

They refused to accept cash payments! Extremely inconvenient.

Great location. We had discount vouchers, making for a dirt-cheap overnight stay. On the first floor, a lot of noise could be heard from outside. Good beds, room tidy, fine shower.

Hostel/hotel centrally located near the city center and train station. The room we stayed in was filthy. It was especially dirty under the bed. There was chewing gum stuck to the floor. The room was very dim. There was mold on the walls in the tiny bathroom. I wouldn't book this hotel again, not even for one night. Simply awful.

They gave me a 6-bed room instead of the 4-bed room I booked, and didn't document it in the PM system. The receptionist also didn't mention that I wouldn't be getting the room category I booked. Naturally, a refund was out of the question due to the lack of documentation. I suggested other forms of compensation (e.g., a breakfast voucher), but they apparently couldn't offer that. The staff weren't making any effort to resolve the situation. Changing the room category without documenting it screams scam and borders on fraud.
