The car park near Eichlinghofen and the TU Dortmund campus, off Universitätsstraße in the south-west of the city, is listed in German cruising guides as a spot for men, mainly in the evenings and at night, around the parking area and the wooded edges. We have not verified current activity. Germany is legally safe for LGBTQ+ people, but outdoor spots are unsupervised. Go with discretion and keep an eye on your surroundings, since harassment of cruisers has been reported in the Ruhr area. Respect students and other people using the car park in the daytime.
