The hotel offers everything you could wish for: excellent service, beautiful rooms, and friendly staff. Parking is available for €15 per night.

It doesn't live up to my 4-star experience. I'd say it's more of a comfortable 3-star experience. Although the breakfast is varied, the rest of the experience leaves much to be desired.

Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The air conditioning was especially welcome, providing welcome relief from the warm temperatures. We were also impressed with the breakfast. There was a wide selection, ensuring something for everyone. Everything was fresh and attractively presented. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice rooms

After a rather pleasant stay at the Courtyard Dortmund a few weeks ago, we wanted to spend another night there last weekend. This time, however, we were disappointed across the board. 1. Check-in: The staff member at check-in was extremely taciturn. She didn't acknowledge my Titanium Elite status and didn't offer a choice of welcome gift. Okay, often the 500 bonus points are credited automatically, but this time nothing was credited at all. The room key was handed to us briefly, with a short mention of when breakfast would be served, and that was it. Oh, and she also mentioned that we had received a room upgrade. But it wasn't an upgrade; it was the category we had booked. 2. Room: The corner room we booked was nice enough, but it could have been quieter. 3. Breakfast: The noise level was like a university cafeteria, and the selection was very limited, even though it was still quite early. The bacon was completely gone the whole time and wasn't replenished, and the scrambled eggs were similarly unavailable. A real shame. ...``` ````````````````````]`````]````]]```]] ``` ````] All of this could have been overlooked. But then came: 4. Check-out: We had booked a rate that included a credit of 1000 Bonvoy bonus points as well as free parking. When I was still charged for parking and asked the employee about it, I received a curt reply that the rate hadn't been available for three weeks and they had to charge for parking. Right, and why was the rate bookable then, and why hadn't I had any problems two weeks earlier? The extremely inflexible employee wouldn't budge from her position even when I showed her the rate in black and white in my booking confirmation. "No, that's not possible, besides, you've already checked out." Thanks a lot for such unprofessionalism. By the way, I still haven't seen the bonus points. To me, this behavior borders on fraud. This is no way to treat your guests, especially not guests with a certain status. We will not be visiting the Courtyard by Marriott Dortmund again in the future. There are two other Marriott hotels in Dortmund city center: the Moxy and the Residence Inn. At least they make an effort for their guests there. I will also be forwarding this incident to Bovoy customer service.

Great hotel, basically brand new. Everything was clean and tidy nothing was damaged the beds were comfy it was a pleasant stay. For travel purposes through the area highly recommend it. One thing to bear in mind no dinner on weekends and not a lot of food options around so prepare for that if you can. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was also very nice, small so just prepare for that.

A very nice room. The bed is large and the duvet is heavenly.

Very pleasant and very friendly service. Something for business travelers, football fans, and university professors 😉, although the city center is a bit further away.
