Road Stop is one of my favorite burger places in the city. I went there on my birthday, and it made for a great evening. I had the Smashy Joe's burger, and it was absolutely delicious. Great food, a lovely atmosphere, and definitely a place I'll keep coming back to! 🥳

Very tasty, service was great and fast. Dogs are allowed inside and even got a bowl of water faster than we got our drinks (I liked that). Parking is limited and cramped. Restrooms are clean and tidy.

Absolutely unprofessional management – high revenue, zero respect for families! Last week, our extended family (10 people) visited, resolved the organizational chaos of finding a table ourselves, communicated politely with other guests (who were clearly happy and had no problem), and ended up paying over €300. Today, we wanted to return. Instead of appreciating our regular customers, who generate such revenue, the manager personally reprimanded us in the most outrageous manner. He accused us of having spoken with other guests last week and declared us "not welcome." Such a ban is completely unfounded and demonstrates massive business incompetence. My personal, unequivocal impression: Since the pretext of "not being allowed to speak with other guests" is utterly absurd (especially as the other guests were perfectly fine with us), the manager's aggressive behavior towards my family – including visibly Muslim women wearing headscarves – leaves a deep and unbearable aftertaste of discrimination and exclusion. ``` Anyone in the hospitality industry who treats paying customers with such selective, arrogant, and outrageous behavior hasn't grasped the meaning of service. What a waste of money. Definitely NOT recommended – especially not for large, multicultural families!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a store. The owner behaved very badly and disrespectfully. Such behavior is completely unacceptable. In my opinion, a store that treats people like that doesn't deserve any support. I will never set foot in that store again and advise everyone against shopping there.
