SLADO e.V. – Schwule Lesben Aktion Dortmund

SLADO e.V. (Schwule Lesben Aktion Dortmund) is the umbrella organisation of Dortmund's gay, lesbian, bisexual and trans associations, active since 1998 and recognised as a non-profit youth-welfare provider. It coordinates the city's queer community work and organises the annual Christopher Street Day (CSD) Dortmund. Its projects include the Sunrise youth centre, the LEBEDO counselling service and SCHLAU school-education workshops. For visitors, SLADO is the best single point of contact for what is happening in Dortmund's LGBTQ+ scene and when.
