Hello everyone, after years, I finally visited a store again yesterday, April 9th, 2026. After a friendly greeting, I looked around. The welcoming atmosphere and that of the employee, who also seemed to be the owner, eased my nervousness. Back to the review: very clean, clear presentation of the products. The selection is huge and varied, the staff's expertise is excellent, the equipment was explained clearly, and samples were shown when I had questions. 👍 I'm very surprised how much things have changed. Therefore, 5 stars. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Keep up the good work!

The selection is large, and you can find almost everything you need there. The saleswoman gave me competent advice. Overall, I find the store very good and tidy.

What's wrong with the saleswoman? It's already difficult for some people to approach staff in regular shops, let alone in an adult store. Does the staff really have to roll their eyes and give unhelpful answers when someone is unfamiliar with the business? On top of that, the prices are ridiculously overpriced. I'll never go there again and it will take some time before I visit a different adult store.

The one star is solely for the selection in the store. The saleswoman was absolutely terrible, completely unsuited for the job! If she doesn't want to work there, she should find something else. We didn't want to buy online this time because we wanted expert and courteous advice, but that was thoroughly ruined. We haven't experienced such unfriendly and unenthusiastic service in a long time. Never again! Tough luck! We lost a lot of money.
