The rooms are functionally furnished, the bathroom small but perfectly adequate, the food was good, and the service very good. All the sights were within walking distance. Highly recommended!
A fantastic youth hostel. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful at any time of day. The rooms were tidy and clean.
Good food, friendly service, but the rooms leave something to be desired.
Anne's staff, except for the head chef, isn't great. He sometimes goes off the rails. The building has a hospital vibe, and some rooms don't have working electrical outlets, and you're not allowed to open the windows fully. Unfortunately, climbing out of the windows is prohibited by the house rules, which I find very odd. On the plus side, the building has four elevators and seems to be wheelchair accessible. Rooms are sparsely furnished with a small wardrobe that could never hold enough belongings for two days. And if you're bored in the evening, you can look at the wiring of the nightlight from underneath. The building doesn't look very nice from the outside and gives me a typical high-rise apartment block vibe.
Clean, well-maintained hostel. Plenty of street parking for 6 euros per night. Good breakfast. Small rooms, cramped bathrooms, no TV. Good price and location.
