Four Points Flex by Sheraton Essen

A very modern and stylish hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our booked room was very spacious and clean, and equipped with air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk-in shower. Despite its location between a main road and the railway tracks, it was very quiet. We hardly heard the trains passing by. The buffet breakfast was excellent and offered a wide international selection. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

A very nice hotel, very large room, good value for money, and we were able to check in early. Checkout until 12 pm was also great. Many toiletries were already provided. It was very quiet despite the central location.

Ideal location right next to Essen's main train station. Great breakfast selection and delicious coffee. Okay, the Kaiserschmarrn could be improved, but you don't really need that for breakfast. Despite being right next to the ICE train line, there's no noise thanks to the soundproof windows. However, they can't be opened. The hotel was recently renovated. All the carpets are new. The mattresses are a bit firm.

Located near the main train station, with easy access to the city center, quiet, well-maintained, clean, large rooms, good breakfast, and excellent service. Thank you very much.

The hotel interior is very nice and functional. The rooms are large, pleasant, and clean. No bottled water is provided for hotel guests. Unfortunately, parking is only for passenger cars; buses won't be able to enter, so we had to park on the street. The expensive renovations in front of the hotel aren't helping either, although this is a temporary issue.

It delivers on its promises. Simple, but clean.

Excellent service, breakfast, large selection and delicious food

The location is great, the room is a standard room, nothing special. The front desk has not got always English speakers which can be very inconvenient. The room is quite. 7 minutes walk to central station

Clean hotel, I recommend it

I'm satisfied. We booked a family room on the 7th floor, which consists of two double rooms connected by a corridor. The children were very happy to have their own room. The rooms are well-maintained, and a bottle of water was provided. Breakfast is excellent.
