Unfortunately, our stay was very poor. Every day from 7 a.m. onwards, there was extreme construction noise due to the renovations. Sleep and relaxation were impossible; even normal conversations in the room were nearly impossible. According to the hotel, the work is expected to continue until early 2027. In addition, the rooms were very dirty, especially the carpet, which was covered in stains. We absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Located in a beautiful location, parking is free on the street from 18:00 to 8:00. Close to the hotel, the center is across the street; a 5-minute walk takes you to the large center where you can buy and find everything.

The staff was completely overwhelmed. Check-in took 20 minutes, and we were given a used, messy room, which was then changed after we asked. This was the first time we've ever found no toothbrush cups in the bathroom; at least the soap dispenser was full. The Wi-Fi didn't work everywhere in the room, and the small TV had no signal. The welcome drink that was confirmed during booking was also not served.

We were really looking forward to our stay at this hotel. However, upon arrival, we were informed that due to construction work, we couldn't use our room. It was a good 30°C that day, and we would have been so happy to finally relax in the room. Our daughter, who uses a wheelchair, was especially exhausted, as the car journey had been very long. Why couldn't I have been informed in advance by email or given a quick phone call to prepare? We were given an alternative hotel, which we then went to.
