Just renovating, but the hotel was simply good. Very professional and in a good location. A tip for those wishing to park in the basement on the first floor (charging stations): it is particularly difficult to get out of the car park with a long car; the exit to the main corridor is extremely narrow. Take the entrance to drive out; it is wider and less dangerous in terms of damage.

A very warm welcome and a very good breakfast. The air conditioning wasn't working, which made the room too hot. There was also too much noise outside, especially at night.

It's just a shame that the bar isn't opening, well, just a shame, fucking..

The hotel is a bit dated but still okay. The room was mostly clean and fine. The location is good; the city center is within walking distance.

5 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone

We booked this hotel using a voucher promotion from Animod. It's no surprise that there was such high availability. The room was very worn. The window wouldn't close properly. The radiators had been removed, and the ducts were empty. When we inquired at reception, we were told that other rooms had even more problems and that three floors (out of six) were closed for renovations. The breakfast was okay, but there was no oat milk or lactose-free milk. According to the staff, it's been discontinued. I'm surprised that Bonvoy markets this hotel. Even for the voucher value, I wouldn't book it again.

The area is fine, but what's the deal? The bad thing is that they have air conditioning but it doesn't work. I called them and they said, "Yeah, the air conditioning doesn't work for a certain season." It's summer and you go into the oven like a hotcake, and the room is stuffy. The air conditioning is just for show, so if I had known earlier—which of course they didn't say—I would have looked somewhere else.

The hotel is well located, and I didn't notice anything negative about the staff. However, there were problems with the room (although it looked nice). For example, the windows either couldn't be opened at all or only partially. There was only one heater (in the bathroom), and it was broken. The bathroom door handle was also broken. The bathroom faucet was stuck, and no hot water came out for the first two days. The kettle smelled bad, and there were fingerprints all over the glasses.
