If more wealthy people used their money this way, the world would be a better place! So much space for creativity, respect, love, and joy. We hold our book club here, drink coffee, paint ceramics, and enjoy the rooftop terrace 🫶

Interesting to explore, bad for working/studying. The staff are always very loud, as are the "regulars." "Creative House" is always used as an excuse for noise. Consideration for others is a foreign concept at Unperfekthaus.

I usually enjoy visiting the UPH and appreciate its unique atmosphere. That's why my visit today was so disappointing. We only wanted to take a quick look around. However, at the entrance, the cashier charged us €15 per person without asking. Since I assumed the entrance fee was €7, I inquired. She explained that there were three different price options and visitors could decide for themselves how much they wanted to pay. Then came the comment: "We have to make our money somehow." When visitors are offered different price options, the choice should be free and without any subtle pressure. This comment struck us as inappropriate and gave the impression that we would have to justify ourselves if we chose the lower price. This situation was particularly irritating because we were only there briefly for a quick look around. I still find the concept of the UPH appealing, but I would like to see staff at reception who communicate it in a friendly, transparent, and respectful manner. Unfortunately, this experience significantly diminished the charm of this special place for us.
