Today's experience was truly disappointing. I've been to this restaurant before, but today the food was cold, and the shawarma on my plate wasn't cooked through properly and had a very rubbery texture. I pointed this out to the staff member and even asked him to taste the food himself. His response was that there was nothing more they could do. Afterward, the plate was simply thrown away without even asking me. Unfortunately, both the quality of the food and the way I was treated as a customer were completely unsatisfactory today. It's a real shame, because I've had much better experiences in the past.

Well, considering the place is all about fries, they're surprisingly mediocre. Overall, the food was okay. It was also tolerable that several items we ordered were wrong or missing. What really bothered us was how sticky and dirty everything was (from the tables to the restrooms). Now that we've seen it, we won't be going back!

I was able to order using a touch panel and pick up my order. When my order was ready, they called out my number, but they spoke so quickly that it was hard to understand.
