Arco, a boy from a distant future, grows up high above the clouds in a world where people can fly and time travel is possible. During his first secret flight in a shimmering rainbow cloak, he loses control and crashes into the past – directly into the world of Iris from the year 2075, who lives on an Earth marked by environmental catastrophes. With ingenuity, courage, and the help of her loyal household robot, Iris tries to bring Arco back to his time. The two experience a fantastic adventure together between present and future; they encounter unexpected challenges, bizarre situations, and magical moments – carried by friendship, trust, and boundless imagination. This French animated film for the whole family had its world premiere at the Cannes Film Festival and is being released in the US by NEON, which focuses on exceptional films that are usually also exceptionally good. We are showing the film in the German dubbed version.
