Do you repeatedly experience conflicts in your work or in your neighborhood and don't know how to deal with them constructively? In our introductory workshop, you will receive impulses that will broaden your perspective on the various levels of conflicts and the resolution options available to you. Most conflicts are complex; beneath a supposed dispute about the matter, personal grievances, different cultural backgrounds, conflicting values, and much more are often hidden.

Our introductory workshop will teach you:

– basic tools and models that enable you to understand what influences your conflicts
– initial impulses for constructive resolution paths that address different conflict levels
– a specific method that we will try out together and that you can apply yourself after the workshop

We encourage you to address conflicts and contribute to stronger relationships and lived democracy in your neighborhoods and associations through respectful and lively debate!
