Free Basic Workshop on Conflict Resolution

Do you repeatedly experience conflicts in your work or in your neighborhood life and don't know how to deal with them constructively? In our introductory workshop, you will receive impulses that will broaden your view of the various levels of conflict and the processing options available to you. Most conflicts are complex; personal grievances, different cultural backgrounds, conflicting values, and much more are hidden beneath a supposed dispute over the matter.

Our introductory workshop will provide you with:

– basic tools and models that enable you to understand what influences your conflicts
– initial impulses for constructive resolution paths that address different conflict levels
– a concrete method that we will try out together and that you can apply yourself after the workshop

We encourage you to tackle conflicts and contribute to strengthened relationships and lived democracy in your neighborhoods and associations through respectful and lively debate!
