Do you repeatedly encounter conflicts in your work or in your community life and don't know how to deal with them constructively? In our introductory workshop, you will receive impulses that broaden your perspective on the diverse levels of conflicts and the resolution options available to you. Conflicts are usually complex; beneath a supposed dispute about the matter lie personal grievances, different cultural backgrounds, conflicting values, and much more.

Our introductory workshop will teach you:

– basic tools and models that enable you to understand what plays into your conflicts
– initial impulses for constructive resolution paths that address different conflict levels
– a concrete method that we will try out together and that you can apply yourself after the workshop

We encourage you to address conflicts and contribute to stronger relationships and lived democracy in your neighborhoods and associations through respectful and lively debate!
