New Reading Cycle: Angela Y. Davis: Racism, Sexism, and Class Struggle

Thursday, 10 September 2026 · 18:30 – 20:30 planlos-leipzig.org, Leipzig, Germany

About the event

On September 10, 2026, we, the reading group "Kritik der Geschlechterverhältnisse" (Critique of Gender Relations), will begin a new reading. In June, we finished reading Silvia Federici's "Caliban and the Witch." Together, we will next engage with the essay collection "Racism, Sexism, and Class Struggle" by the US-American thought leader and activist Angela Y. Davis.

We will meet every second Thursday starting September 10, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM in the premises of translib at Goetzstraße 7. So far, we have read the text on-site and worked through it together as a group. If you would like to participate, please contact us at: kritikgeschlecht@translib.de
We look forward to new faces!
